The above job was posted recently on the 19th of August 2014, therefore if you are reading this post 3 months later, this job might no longer be available. However, as Arise Virtual Solutions advertise work at home opportunities, you may wish to check on their website if they have any other vacancies available.
What is motivating to apply for this job is Arise Virtual Solutions states that - 'Work at home specialists Arise Virtual Solutions is rapidly expanding in the UK thanks to a huge expansion in its service to leading brands such as Sky. If you would like to know how you can service from the comfort of your own home, choose your clients and choose your hours, all whilst working for your own company, then why not take a look at the company website at www.arise.com/uk '.

PAID SURVEYS
There is this website http://www.top10bestpaidsurveys.co.uk/?gclid=CLq_qMOU178CFfOhtAodUG4Afg. It is a very good website for those who wish to start earning some cash, but I must say, you should be willing to work a bit harder to earn a reasonable amount of cash. With the above website I mentioned, you need to register with it and they will send you regular surveys direct to your inbox which you then complete online. Its all free to complete surveys, but where you are asked for money please do not pay anything because remember - you want to earn an income, and therefore, you should not dish out any money.
So how does paid surveys work? Well with paid surveys, you sign up with companies and you participate by completing surveys. You are asked a variety of questions about different products or services that each individual company offer. In return of your participation in the surveys, you are offered either £5 (more or less) to complete a survey, high street gift vouchers, free products or other rewards. If you are looking for paid surveys the above website would be a starting point. However, you can also search online to find paid surveys which you can participate in.
The following are other websites you can register with to participate in paid surveys;
http://join.surveycompare.net/
https://yougov.co.uk/account/register/?sourceid=162223
http://www.paidsurveysuk.com/intro/
You might also want to visit the money saving expert on the do's and do not's of online surveys. Their website is http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/family/make-money-surveys. Money saving expert website will also give you a list of the top 20 online survey sites. With surveys, if you are dedicated you can earn a reasonable additional source of second income. It would be good if you have another source of income.
When you sign up to paid surveys make sure that you create a new email address specifically for the streaming of survey links etc.
Good luck with paid surveys!

WORK AT HOME WITH LIONBRIDGE CROWDSOURCING
There are so many opportunities in relation to working at home. You can work at home with Lionbridge. Lionbridge has many opportunities related to working from home via the internet. However, the work at home opportunity that I will discuss about is the one I actually applied for myself - therefore I will be talking from experience. Lionbridge takes on people for internet assessing. To be an internet assessor with Lionbridge you will need to have a degree (any degree). You complete their application form and upload evidence of your certificates. Information about the job can be found on http://www.thesmartcrowd.com/workers/job-opportunities/job/internet-assessor-united-kingdom/?origin=128
At the bottom of the job description there is a link for you to apply. The salary is approximately £8 per hour with a minimum working time of 20 hours per week over a period of 11 months. The above link will explain in more detail. You do not have to have knowledge of how to be an internet assessor. Lionbridge will assess your suitability through three sets of exams as follows;
First exam is theory based on the information they give you about your job, role and responsibilities in more detail and how you assess online.
Second and Third exam are practical and assess your knowledge in more detail for page quality and block utility. The terminology and elaboration of the terms are explained in more detail from the terminology within the information pack they send you to prepare for the exam. You will have to pass all the three exams to be employed as an internet assessor. However, if you fail the first theory exam you will not be able to proceed to the second exam and if you pass the first exam and fail the second exam you will not be able to proceed to the third exam. All answers are in the information pack they send you so it is very important to take the time to read the information before attempting the exams. You will be given seven days to complete the three exams including reading time. A strategy, I gathered will be to do the theory exam even without preparation, but refer to the notes as you do the theory exam as this is allowed and they recommend this as well. Then spend at least two days reading and doing practical for the second exam, and two days reading and doing practical for the third exam including attempting the mock exams. Attention to detail is important as you can easily fail the exam if you do not pay enough attention. For you to do the job properly, you will need internet, a computer or laptop and a mobile phone - phone specifications will be highlighted to you.
